Can't say that I'm much of a conservative when it comes to social media, but I like the points you made about smartphone integration and how Google+ is a sort of clean slate in political campaigning terms.

Thanks!

Yes, I've heard of MagicBuz but I've never really tried it out myself. I'm more into building communities from the ground up - but sometimes tools like MagicBuz can be really helpful, especially if you're not feeling all that social...

Any other tools you've used that have been successful?

I am a bit of an introvert myself and that is why I use the services of a professional like MagicBuz to get my words out there. What is a great asset is that I, at the same time, am getting feedback from my customers. Social Media has done wonders for my business

Thanks for mentioning my writeup about Harvard's Extension School. I think this is the first time I've had anything I've written described as "stellar". :)

One other things about longer content: When you write something that is longer than what someone can read in one sitting, they often will book mark it to read later. Sometimes these links end up on their blog, delicious, etc. Of course this only works if the content is engaging enough to make them want to keep reading so they feel they need to save it.
