How do I pay?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal and bank debit via U.S-based bank accounts. Regardless of the payment method you choose, we'll email you an invoice to allow for convenient payment. Your payment information is kept secure through the latest encryption technologies. If you are a first-time customer at Content Customs, you will be required to pay 50% before the project is started and 50% upon completion.

Do I get exclusive rights to the content?

Yes, you will gain exclusive rights to all of the content once it is paid for. You can then do anything you'd like with the content including adding your own byline, publishing it online or in print, or selling it to a third party. We will never re-use or re-sell any content you have purchased.

Can you provide samples?

Examples of all of our services can be found in the Service Examples box on every page. When it comes to content, we will happily create a sample article for you on a topic of your choosing as a way to test our services. Simply contact us and ask for a sample.

What if I am not happy with the work?

We have confidence that you will be happy with the work we perform. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the project, we will revise it for free until we get your unreserved approval. We want you to be completely happy with the final product, and we'll ensure it strictly adheres to the original guidelines established for the project.

How long will my project take to finish?

Your project manager will provide you will an estimated timeline for completion before beginning your project. Fast turnaround times are a cornerstone of our business, but we never sacrifice quality. We'll work with you to establish a deadline that meets your needs.

What if I want my content to be optimized for SEO?

Most of the content we create is written with search engine optimization in mind, but never at the expense of readability and value to your users. If you have specific keywords you are trying to target, we will be happy to fit them into your content.

Is there any extra charge for SEO content or keywords?

No - if requested, SEO keywords are added at no extra charge.

In what format will my project be created?

File formats vary depending on the service purchased. For example, articles and blog posts typically use .txt or .doc file formats, while eBooks are typically delivered as PDFs. If you'd like your content delivered in a different format, just let us know and we'll be happy to accommdate your request.

How will my project be delivered?

Projects are typically delivered by email; however, we can also deliver completed work using other methods such as Skype and Dropbox if requested.
