At Content Customs, each of the services that we offer are custom-tailored to support our client’s goals and objectives. This process begins by listening to our client’s objectives, timeline, and budget and then collaborating with them to create a solution that is unique to their current situation.
For example. we write tens of thousands of words per week for our clients – all 100% original and unique. We begin the content writing process by discussing the intent of the content that is going to be written. Thereafter, we discuss additional details associated with the content to be written including the tone, keywords, length, and target audience.
Once these items have been defined, we then write the first piece of content and deliver it to our client for review. This allows our client to verify that the piece of content meets their specifications. If modifications are required, we then complete the modifications and resubmit the content to the client for their approval.
This resubmission process is included in all of the services that we offer as a company. From logo and graphic design to ad campaigns, keyword analysis, website design, and social media marketing, to name a few – we place our client first and always strive for 100% satisfaction.
For initial clients, we require a 50% down payment on their first project. The remaining balance is due upon acceptance of the project by the client. Once we have completed the first project for a new client (i.e. the project was accepted as completed by the client and all outstanding invoices paid) all subsequent projects for that client are invoiced at the end of each project.
In regards to invoicing, all invoices submitted from Content Customs are submitted online and through our accounting system. There are several options that we offer our clients in regards to remittance of payment including credit card, bank debit, and PayPal.
We offer a money-back guarantee on all service items that we provide. If a client is not satisfied with our work, we will first perform revisions to correct the work. If we feel that the client will not be happy with the revisions that we will make or that the revision requests are unreasonable, we may opt to refund the down payment.
In the event that Content Customs returns the client’s down payment, it is important that the client understand that they do not own the rights to the service item that they received unless it has been paid for in full and at the agreed-upon amount. Until payment is received in full, Content Customs holds all rights to the service item.
