Your project will begin with a sample page written in accordance with the guidelines established when you placed your order. This sample page is written without any financial obligation on the part of the client. After you review this sample page, you may find that the page needs specific changes, or that the project requires additional guidelines. We’ll listen carefully to your revision requests and ensure that the page meets your exact specifications before moving forward with the remaining content. Once you approve the sample page, we will request a 50% down payment based on the estimated total cost of the order. This down payment requirement only applies to new customers at Content Customs. For repeat customers, payment can be remitted in full after the project has been completed.

If the writers have any questions during the creation of your content, they will forward them to the project manager who will review them with you if needed.
