You may also want to consider other contact options, such as social media. For instance, connecting with customers via a platform like Facebook Messenger may give them the best of both worlds. They can do it on the computer in a non-obtrusive manner, just like email, but they get an instant connection and instant feedback, just like the phone.
Remember that general communication has shifted, especially for younger people. They often text or use social media apps more than they call. If you give them the contact options they’re already used to using, that can improve the contact rate from your site. That, in turn, can help to create new sales.

A well-designed contact page is one that is simply designed, that gives the user all of the options they may be looking for, and that entices them to contact the company with a concise, friendly message.
